Sharene, Ronnie and family - I am so sorry for your loss. May you find peace in the memories you and Alf created together.
Our deepest condolences to our dear friend Alf Kable. We had good times which will always be in our memories God bless his soul. Rest in peace 🙏😍
Your dad’s kindness and gentle spirit will always be remembered. May his soul rest in peace, and may you and your family find strength and comfort in the love and memories he left behind. His presence will forever remain in our hearts.
Sincere condolences to Sharene & family on Alf’s death I got to know him in the last 4 years He was a funny bloke but seriously he barracked for Collingwood it always puzzled me He was born in NSW but he followed the AFL Sharene, in the CLAN office in Sydney we remembered him by his exploits at St Rita’s when he climbed the bins to escape We will raise a drink to Alf on Thirsty Thursday Thank Alf for your service to Australia Great bloke Hooroo Leonie Sheedy CLAN 💛💙
>read onDad it was only 2 weeks ago you said to me “I’m getting old love” I wanted to say Dur (as we would joke about) but I knew what you meant and it was your time. Thank you for the signs and symbols that you are at peace and now with your Mum. Love you Dad 🩷
>read onAlf there is alot fish in the ocean and rivers breathing a sigh of relief that they also can rest in peace. You became a great fishing partner, mate and a father to Sharene. Rest in peace Alf. Tight lines
>read onMy partner - the love of my life. May the angels look over you. Love is your touch and the sound of your voice, the caring I see in your eyes. Love is a feeling of hope and a belonging that comes with each hug that we give. I know that no matter what, you will always be with me. Memories of our good times. You are at peace Alf. You will be missed my love. I love you Alf - ditto 💞
>read onMy baby brother. Although we were separated by many miles for the majority of our lives, I always knew you were there. We didn’t always agree, but we would always circle back & kept in touch. We were very different, as many siblings are, but we shared a great sense of humour, love of our beautiful mum & the ocean. You may be gone from this world, but you’ll never be gone from my heart. Until we meet again Alf, I love you.
>read onOur dearest and very cheeky uncle Alf. We feel so privileged we got to spend some quality time with you the last couple of years & loved seeing that sparkle in your eyes. Thank you for every grin, every chuckle, every full-belly laugh. Now you can rest & not have to worry about trying to keep everyone smiling. We love you very much.
>read onDearest Alf, Hearing your voice down the corridor always put a smile on my face, and will miss seeing your smiling face around. It was a privilege and an honour to care for you in your last moments. Rest easy Alf 🩷
>read onSorry to see you go so soon Alf. Will always remember our often politically incorrect banter. Usually about how much better the Magpies were compared to the Dockers. We shared a few meals together at your 2nd home, The Gate. Never seen someone eat so many prawns. Pleasure getting to know you and helping care for you.
We’re deeply saddened to hear of Alf’s passing. He’ll be fondly remembered by all of us at The Gate. Our thoughts are with his family during this time. -The Gate Team
