In the short time we knew Uncle Chris, we became close and enjoyed each others company with much laughter, banter, and of course food. His wicked sense of humour always kept us entertained. Last night, when I was going through all our messages to each other, I feel blessed and honoured to have known such a man. Words cannot describe how much he will be missed, and one thing is for sure, the memory of him will stay with us forever. RIP our dearest uncle.
