We have so many fond memories of you Uncle Ted, both in Australia and with us in the Lake District. We remember sitting with you for 6 hours watching the England cricket team win the World Cup. We enjoyed a drink or two that day! Also our visit to the Laurel & Hardy museum. In Oz I remember going out on 'Crazy Mama' when I was introduced to 'Ted's Nog', 1/10th coffee, 9/10ths whisky. So glad we got to celebrate your 100th birthday together. You are a legend and will never be forgotten. Rest in peace Ted.

Such fond memories of my favourite uncle. Trips to wales before you emigrated, FaceTime with mum, you always had an amusing tale to tell. Visits from Australia, holidays with us to Venice, Poole and Lossiemouth. You are the perfect example of how to live life to the full. Mum (Florence) adored you. You always looked after her. When she was a child, cycling up to the hospital every week with a parcel even though you weren’t allowed to see her. Rest in peace. Love you. Janet & Paul
