I only met Tom and Kath once to get some firewood and Tom was so kind and thoughtful towards me and how he loaded the wood onto my alloy tray. I could tell by his demeanour that he was a considerate and nice man. My most sincere and heartfelt thoughts go to his family and all his friends, coleages, and associates that have had the privilege of knowing Tom. I was genuinely looking forward to seeing him again as he was someone I liked immediately. I'm deeply sorry for everyone who knew him. I send my love to all of you. XO

Condolences to Kath, Darcy, Fletcher, and Riley. I met Tom in the mid-90s and started working for him in 2010 at Consolidated Training Services, which he founded. Over those 15 years, we shared countless coffees, conversations, and moments I’ll always be grateful for. Tom wasn’t just one of the finest operators in the industry, he was a true master of his craft, a man who understood machines like few others. But what set Tom apart even more was his heart. He was generous beyond measure, always willing to lend a hand, open a door, or offer guidance to those finding their way. He gave so many people their start and never asked for anything in return. His legacy lives on in the people he helped, the lives he shaped, and the respect he earned. I’m heartbroken to hear of his passing, and I know so many others will feel the same. Tom will be deeply missed. Rest easy, mate. 💙
